Our stalkers have up to 25 years of deer management/deer stalking experience and can all say with confidence that roe deer is the easiest species of deer to stalk, due to it’s calm and tranquil nature. Making roe deer the perfect breed for a first hunt.

Roe deer are in abundance in Scotland with numbers of around 350,000 compared to the 150,000 in England. Due to the overwhelming population of roe deer on Scottish soil they must be controlled to ensure that commercial timber, crops and Scottish woodlands aren’t negatively affected, meaning that by hunting roe deer you are also helping to protect the Scottish woodlands, natural habitats and the beautiful Scottish landscape.
